"Defibrillation electrodes Defibtech Lifeline AED for children, 1 pair"
The paediatric electrodes for the Defibtech Lifeline AED have been specially developed for use on children under 8 years of age or weighing less than 25 kg. They enable safe and effective defibrillation in an emergency - with a special focus on age-appropriate energy delivery and precise application.
The electrodes have an integrated resistor that automatically reduces the shock energy from 150 joules (standard for adults) to 50 joules. This protects the child's heart and significantly increases safety. Thanks to their smaller electrode surface, they fit perfectly on a child's chest and are easy to use.
The paediatric electrodes are intended for single use and have a shelf life of around two years. They can be plugged directly into the AED so that no time is lost in an emergency. Clear pictogram instructions on the electrodes support quick and correct placement.
