We’ll send you an empty box including a UPS return label.
3. Prepare your AED for dispatch
- Pack your AED carefully in the box provided.
- Please note :
- only send the AED, including electrodes and battery.
- Please do not include bags, medical device manuals or other accessories.
4. Sending your AED to us
- Simply arrange a collection via UPS or
- drop off the parcel at a UPS Parcel Shop near you.
5. Configuration and return delivery
- We will professionally configure the device to your preferred language.
- You will then receive your AED back.
