The shipping costs within Germany are €5.95 net (€7.08 gross) and to Austria €7.95 net (€9.54 gross).

There is no minimum order value.

WERO offers shipping via DHL.

You can contact us via Formular, Chat (bottom right), by phone at 06128-9757-0 or in writing by email at reklamation@wero.de oder Fax at 06128-9757-50.
Please contact us before returning the goods. After consultation, please return the goods to us carriage paid with a copy of the delivery note or invoice to WERO.
Please don't forget to state the reason for the return!

Please simply deduct this amount from your invoice with your next order or have the amount paid out to you by our accounting department.

Send an email to kundenpflege@wero.de and tell us your current company details.

Please notify us of any changes you would like to make in writing, stating the invoice number and the amended information, by email or fax to +49 6128 9757 50. You can also enter the changed address in the comments field at the end of the ordering process. If you place an order the next day, the new address will appear logged in your address book, and you can select it when you place a subsequent order. If you wish to change your delivery address, please inform us in the comments field at the end of the ordering process. To ensure a smooth and stress-free process for both parties when collecting goods that are the subject of a complaint, please proceed as follows:

  • Pack goods properly in a shipping carton.
  •  Please enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice (if only part of the delivery is being returned, please mark the items accordingly). Please note the reason for return!
  •  Close the shipping carton properly.
  •  Place the parcel without a parcel label (this will be created and brought along by DHL) in the outgoing goods area and wait for collection by DHL.
  •  Collection usually takes place the day after your telephone complaint. Please have the goods ready promptly.
  • We cannot specify pickup times. These are organized according to DHL's route schedule.
  • Once WERO has received the returned goods, you will receive a credit note for the returned goods after the complaint has been checked and processed.
  •  You can then deduct the credit when paying the current invoice or the next one.

Currently, deliveries are only possible for orders placed through the online shop to Germany and Austria. For other countries, please contact our export department, which can be reached via our head office at +49 6128 97 57-0, the direct line at +49 6128 97 57-210, or by email at export@wero.de.
