The deceptively real TrueClot® fake blood forms blood clots as soon as it comes into contact with the haemostatic simulation gauze from TrueClot®. The TrueClot® complete system contains a thigh dummy (tasktrainer) as well as artificial blood and training gauze (artificial blood and training gauze can also be used on any other haemostatic trainer).Without the special TrueClot® training gauze, the artificial blood will not clot. If the formation of blood clots is to be achieved without TrueClot® training gauze, you can work with any commercially available cotton gauze that you soak with the TrueClot® clotting solution . For more information, see the TrueClot® instructions for use. The TrueClot® fake blood is harmless and can be easily washed off the skin and clothing. It is disposed of with household waste.
