The manual contains parts of the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) guidelines and the ATP Tactical Medical Emergency Protocols (TMEPS), which are aimed at pararescue and have been modified specifically for the use of PJs . The overarching goal remains that all PJs work according to a uniform standard.

Standard Medical Operations Guide CY 2024
