Twist and remove the top cap 2. Turn the bottle upside down. Turn the base part in one direction with a strong twisting motion until the liquid comes out of the rinsing head. 3. Buffered rinsing solutions help to neutralise acid or alkali splashes in the eye and normalise the pH value in the eye. These "buffered solutions" are therefore many times more effective than water or purely isotonic solutions. Buffered solutions are also suitable for neutralising rinsing in the event of skin burns. Eye injuries in the workplace Eye injuries happen in all areas of work and every company should be prepared to deal with an eye accident in the workplace.
