"Weroplast® X-Ray Detect finger plasters"
Weroplast ® X-Ray Detect plasters are recognised by both metal detectors and X-ray detectors. In addition to the aluminium foil used in conventional metal detectors, there is an additional tape under the wound dressing made of a material that can be detected by X-ray devices. Weroplast® X-Ray Detect is therefore recommended as a universally applicable plaster in food processing and the supply industry.
Important: The aluminium foil is only used for detection by metal or X-ray detectors - it does not come into contact with the wound!
Application
1. Carefully clean the wound, e.g. with Werolin® wound cleansing spray. Dry the area around the wound. Expose the adhesive surface of the short side. Place the wound dressing over the wound and press on the exposed adhesive surface.
2. Expose the adhesive surface of the long side and wrap around the finger without stretching.
3. The adhesive surface should close both sides of the wound dressing if possible.
