Send in your ZOLL AED conveniently and get it back tested.
Delivery time: approx. 7-10 working days
Test fee: € 155.00 net per device, plus consumables incl. shipping costs.
Costs for the loaner device: € 65.00 net per unit.
You have the option of receiving a loan device for your AED for each STK ordered. This loan unit is available to you for the entire duration of the test. If you send in several AEDs for testing, we recommend that you do this one after the other so that you always have the full number of devices at your disposal. The fees for the loaner device will be charged according to the number of AEDs ordered.
If you are sending in all AEDs for testing at the same time, please indicate this on the form. The fees for the loaner device are only charged once.
Procedure of the STK:
- Order STK via our form
- You will receive a ready-to-ship cardboard box incl. return label from UPS by post in the next few days
- Carefully pack the AED including electrode and battery (please do not send in bags, medical device books, etc.)
- Request collection from UPS or hand in at the nearest parcel shop
- Device will be returned checked and serviced
Dispatch without loan unit:
Depending on the number of units ordered, you will receive cardboard boxes including filling material to pack your AED securely. You will find a corresponding UPS return label in the cardboard box to send in your AED.
Procedure incl. loaner device:
You have the option of receiving a loan unit for your AED for each STK ordered. This loan unit is available to you for the entire duration of the test. If you send in several AEDs for testing, you can only do this one after the other so that you always have the full number of devices at your disposal. The fees for the loaned device are charged according to the number of AEDs ordered. (e.g.: 3x pcs=3x rental fee) To send in your AED, use the cardboard box of the rental device, which comes with a UPS return label for return shipment. The same applies to sending in your second or third... AED, when you receive your AED back, use this cardboard box for the next dispatch. You will find a UPS return label in the box.
Conditions:
Your consumables are also checked during the WERO STK test. If the charge level of the batteries is below 60% for the ZOLL AED Plus, below 50% for the ZOLL AED 3 and for all other devices and the electrodes only have a shelf life of less than 3 months, they will be automatically replaced with identical consumables and the old ones disposed of (rechargeable batteries are not replaced as a matter of principle). If you send in an AED without consumables, the following consumables will be automatically replaced and charged for. Please refer to our online shop for the prices of the consumables.
