Send in your ZOLL AED conveniently and get it back tested.

Sehr geehrte Kundinnen und Kunden, wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen, dass wir ab dem 11. Dezember 2025 aufgrund unserer Betriebsferien keine Aufträge zur sicherheitstechnischen Kontrolle bearbeiten können. Ab dem 5. Januar 2026 sind wir wieder wie gewohnt für Sie da und nehmen Ihre Aufträge gerne entgegen.

Test period: approx. 7-10 working days

Test fee: € 157.00 net per device, plus consumables incl. shipping costs.

Costs for the rental device: € 66.00 net per STK per rental device if no rental contract exists.

Free of charge if you have an existing rental contract with us from 2023.

Procedure of the STK:

How easy it is to order your STK via our online shop:

1. Order an STK test

Order the STK inspection of your AED conveniently via our online form.
Please state whether you have a rental contract with us and how long it has been in place.

2. Dispatch by us

Depending on your selection:

Without rental unit:
➔ We will send you an empty cardboard box including a UPS return label.
With returnable device:
➔ You will receive a returnable device in a shipping box, including a UPS return label.
Important: Then use this box to send in your own AED.

3. Preparing the AED for dispatch

Carefully pack your AED in the box supplied.
Please note
- Only send in the AED including electrodes and battery.
- Please do not send bags, medical device books or other accessories.

4. Sending your AED to us

Conveniently order a collection by UPS or
Drop off the parcel at a UPS parcel shop near you.

5. Inspection and return shipment

We will check and service your device professionally.
You will then receive your tested AED back.

6. Returning the loaned device

As soon as your last returned device has been checked and sent back, return the loaner device to your nearest UPS dispatch centre within the next 5 working days or schedule another collection.

If you would like to send in several AEDs for testing at the same time, please request more loan units (up to 5 units possible). The loan units will only be dispatched to one delivery address or branch.

STK conditions

The WERO STK also checks your consumables. If the charge status of the AED batteries is below 60% for the ZOLL AED Plus, below 50% for the ZOLL AED 3 and for all other devices and the electrodes only have a shelf life of less than 3 months, they will be automatically replaced with identical consumables and the old ones disposed of (rechargeable batteries are not replaced as a matter of principle). If you send in an AED without consumables, the following consumables will be automatically replaced and charged for. Please refer to our online shop for the prices of the consumables.

Submission without AED loan device

Depending on the number of units ordered, you will receive cardboard boxes including filling material to pack your AED securely. You will find a corresponding UPS return label in the cardboard box to send in your AED.

Procedure including AED loan device

You have the option of receiving one loan device for your AED for each requested STC. This will be available to you for the entire duration of the test. If you would like to send in several AEDs for an STC, you have two options - depending on the number of loan devices you require:

Simultaneous testing: If you select several loaner devices, the STK test will take place simultaneously. Up to five loaners can be sent to you at the same time, so that your AEDs can be tested simultaneously without restricting their operational readiness.
Staggered testing: If you only select one loaner device, although you register more than one AED for STK, the testing is staggered. This means that you send in your AEDs one after the other.

The loan fee depends on the number of AEDs ordered. Example: 3x AED=3x loan fee

Please use the cardboard box of the loaner device to send in your AED. A UPS return label for the return shipment is enclosed. Please also use the packaging provided and the enclosed UPS label when sending in additional devices (e.g. second or third AED). Once your tested AED has been returned, the same cardboard packaging can be used to ship the next device.
